What data we collect

From the contact form: name, phone number, type of work and the message you write.

If you message us on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, or call us, we handle the details you give us in that conversation.

The hosting provider records technical data about visits, such as the IP address, to keep the website secure.

What we use it for

To reply to your request, call or message you, prepare your quote with the price of the work and, if you hire us, manage the work.

We will not send you advertising without your permission, and we do not make automated decisions with your data.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Analytics cookies are only activated with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22(2) of Spain's LSSI). If you hire us, performance of the contract and compliance with our legal obligations, such as tax obligations.

How long we keep it

While we handle your request. If we do not end up working together, we delete it within 12 months at most. If you hire us, we keep it for the duration of the work and the periods required by law.

Who else can see it

We do not sell or share your data. To operate we use these providers, which only process it on our behalf: our web hosting provider, Web3Forms (sending the form by email), Google (email, web fonts and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics) and, if you use them to contact us, WhatsApp and Telegram.

Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area, for example in the USA or India. These transfers rely on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction or deletion, object to its use, restrict it or request portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to antonivanov220220@gmail.com with the subject "Data protection".

If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

We only use Google Analytics analytics cookies, and only if you accept them in the notice shown when you arrive. They tell us how many people visit the website and which buttons they use (call, WhatsApp, Telegram or sending the form). We do not use them for advertising.

Cookies: _ga and _ga_NJS115KYXT (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC), lasting up to 2 years. Analytics data is kept for 14 months at most. Until you accept, the website does not connect to Google Analytics servers.

You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page; if you reject them, we delete these cookies.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google, without setting cookies.
